Returns/Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your Aegi Baby order. If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered, you have 7 days from receiving the item to request a return or exchange. Returns/exchanges can be done via local drop-off/pick-up in SW Calgary or by shipping the item back to us. As we purchase each shipping label through couriers, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

In order to return or exchange an item, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Product Flaws

If you ever receive an item that is damaged or flawed, we will replace the item if possible or refund the cost of the item if it cannot be replaced. Please take a look at your items and let us know immediately if an item you receive is defective (or wrong size/item) so that we can make it right :)
